I didn’t really run into any issues with my account on twentyonepilots.com. Logging in was quick, and I was able to change my email and shipping info without, you know, hunting around forever or getting stuck on some weird page.

I also liked that my order history was easy to find. It’s not doing anything super flashy, but that’s kind of the point... it just works the way you’d expect. Smooth overall, definitely feels like a 5-star experience to me

I tried to exchange a hoodie for a different size, which I assumed would be straightforward, but apparently not. The process was confusing, replies took their sweet time, and I ended up having to pay extra to ship it back. It did eventually get sorted, so there’s that, but I can’t say it was a great experience.

I’m a big twenty one pilots fan, so I really wanted to like the merch, but the designs just feel kind of lazy. For the price, I expected something way cooler and more creative. It also doesn’t help that the terms seem to keep changing, which is frustrating when you’re already paying more than you think the stuff is worth. Love the music, but the merch just isn’t doing it for me.

The prices are kind of hit or miss though. Some things seem totally normal for a band merch store, like a basic tee or a sticker pack, but then other stuff felt a little higher than I expected, especially when shipping gets added on at checkout. Like, a hoodie might seem okay at first, or maybe a record looks decently priced, but then once taxes and shipping show up, it’s suddenly not as easy to justify. Same with smaller items too, like pins or patches or a poster, where the shipping can make it feel less worth it. It’s not bad enough that I wouldn’t buy anything, but it’s not exactly a great deal either. If it was something I really wanted, like a limited shirt, a signed item, or a tour-exclusive design, I’d probably still go for it. But for regular merch, I’d definitely stop and think about it first

The print feels really solid, not like it’s going to crack or peel after one wash, and the hoodie itself is soft but still has that nice thick feel to it. Sizing was spot on too, which is always a relief. I’ve worn it quite a bit already and somehow it still looks basically new. So yeah... I’d definitely buy from them again

I got the email with the link and it seemed to update whenever the package moved, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering. It showed up around the time it said it would too. Not much else to say really, it was just straightforward and didn’t give me any problems.

I ordered a tee from twentyonepilots and the print itself looked good, so no complaints there. The problem is the fabric. It feels scratchy and not soft at all, especially after wearing it for a few hours. The neck and sleeves started to get really uncomfortable. I also tried asking about the material/fit and felt like I kept getting inconsistent answers, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I expected better quality. Still love the band, but I’m disappointed with how uncomfortable the shirt is.

I ordered a hoodie to Germany, the product itself was solid once it finally arrived. No real complaints about the hoodie. The delivery process, though, was frustrating. Shipping took much longer than I expected, the tracking barely updated, and the customs fees weren’t made very clear at checkout. I’d probably order again if the shipping details were more upfront, but the international delivery definitely needs work

That said, the timing wasn’t super clear, so don’t assume you’ll know exactly when it’s dropping. Overall, the experience was good, but I’d definitely keep an eye on your inbox if you’re trying to grab one.

They got back to me really fast and actually sorted it out, I was expecting a whole back-and-forth, but nope, it was just handled. Happy with how easy it was.

I ordered a couple shirts from twentyonepilots.com, the designs are really cool, so I’m not trying to be overly picky here. But the sizing was all over the place. One medium fit me just fine, and the other felt way more like a small. I get that different shirts can fit a little differently, but it was enough that it made the whole thing kind of annoying. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless the sizing gets more consistent
